Best Gluten-Free Product's I've found SO FAR

Man, I really thought being GF would be much harder then it is.  I must say, it's a bit easier then I imagined.  Only because apparently being GF is pretty common and so there are tons of companies that are providing great options for people who gluten free or non-GMO eaters.

I love to make a nice cheese burger at home from time to time, and so far the best bun I have found is UDI's hamburger buns.  It's fluffy like a regular wheat bun, but it's also almost buttery-like a crescent.  Yummy right?  I found mine in the freezer section at Winn-Dixie.

As far as regular bread, I bought some to try at www.vitacost.com and lucky for me, I liked the first loaf I bought right away-so I have only tried a few more brands.
Now, typically I am not a big bread eater to begin with, I think in my mind I knew I had a sensitivity to it & so I just avoided it subconsciously or something, I am speculating on this - I have not done any research to see if this is even a thing lol!

But pasta has always been a big part of my life. It's quick, it's easy & let's face it, it's good!!!  I have tried several Trader Joe versions of a GF pasta but honestly, the best I've found for spaghetti has been just the store brand at Publix.  Who knew?  The only thing I noticed about this pasta was when cooking, you had to keep a close eye on it to keep it from sticking together.
One of the things my youngest daughter loves to do with me on the weekends is to make pancakes on Sunday morning.  I am happy to report that we not only never had to skip this tradition thanks to Bisquick, but they are actually more delicious!  And as a side note, I saw a recipe this morning that used this GF-flour mixture to make cinnamon rolls!  Game on!
I found these for making homemade meatballs and meatloaf, my boys favorite things to eat in the entire world at this moment!  And you can't tell the difference if I am being totally honest!
And snacks...well here are my two favorites!!!!!  Okay, three favorites-which I honestly ate before I found out I have a sensitivity to it because they are delicious!

And again, I want to add that a lot of this I can buy at Vitacost online at a fantastic price.  You'll have to check them out!!!
